At PawNova, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective or not functioning as intended

  • Incorrect items (wrong product or variant)

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Reported to us within 30 days of delivery 

    How to Request a Return or Refund

    1. Email us at vm.storebiz@gmail.com with:

      • Your order number

      • A clear photo of the item

      • A short explanation of the issue

    2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to help resolve the issue

      Refunds

      • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

      • Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect on your account.

        Non-Returnable Items

        We do not offer refunds or returns for:

        • Change-of-mind purchases

        • Orders that have already shipped and are in transit

        • Items returned without contacting us first

          Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
